Musing Mondays asks you to muse about one of the following each week…
• Describe one of your reading habits.
• Tell us what book(s) you recently bought for yourself or someone else, and why you chose that/those book(s).
• What book are you currently desperate to get your hands on? Tell us about it!
• Tell us what you’re reading right now — what you think of it, so far; why you chose it; what you are (or, aren’t) enjoying it.
• Do you have a bookish rant? Something about books or reading (or the industry) that gets your ire up? Share it with us!
• Instead of the above questions, maybe you just want to ramble on about something else pertaining to books — let’s hear it, then!
My Musings:
Here’s a reading habit of mine: reading late at night.

During school, I usually read in any available free time I have, and especially during the 20 minute advisory I get every day. But on weekends and breaks, I usually blog during the day and save my reading for nighttime. I tend to read from around 10 or 10h30 to maybe 1 or 1h30, depending on how good the book is or how tired I’m feeling. I made it to nearly 2AM last night because the book was particularly good, AND it’s an ARC that I have to review for its release date on Monday. Oh, just so you know, I wrote this weeks ago and scheduled it. So the book is Destined to Fall by Tamsyn Bester and my review is already up by the time you see this. Check it out.

Well, the reason I read late at night is because I’m basically nocturnal, and who has time during the day anyway? I love staying up and sleeping late in the morning.

So what are your reading habits? When do you prefer to read? Let me know in the comments!
